Rest and Relax Tea is traditional plant medicine to help you cope with feelings of worry, tension and tiredness. It nourishes your exhausted nervous system and relaxes your busy mind. At night, it supports adrenal recovery and replenishment while you sleep. The adrenal glands are vital to your wellbeing. They play an important role in producing hormones, particularly during times of stress.

Use 1 level tsp (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

Special Instructions: Shake contents before opening. For children, make an adult dose and extract the required mls. Do not microwave. To avoid external contamination close can immediately after use. Keep away from heat and moisture. Store in fridge in hot and humid climates.

  • Lavender

    Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) acts as a tonic to the nervous system, an effective plant for relieving worry and nervousness as well as symptoms caused by stress.

  • Lemon Balm

    Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) is widely used to support worry and sleep. It is useful in the treatment of Chronic Fatigue. Lemon Balm is approved for supporting nervous sleeping disorders by Commission E of the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices.

  • Licorice root

    The most outstanding feature of Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) is its ability to improve resistance to stress which is useful in times of increased physical and emotional stress.

  • Passionflower

    Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) has relaxing and calming properties to support restful and rejuvenating sleep. Passionflower does not cause drowsiness so you wake feeling refreshed. It has no addictive effect so there are no restrictions on long term use.

  • St John's Wort

    St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) is renowned for strengthening the nervous system. It is beneficial for people who worry as it relaxes tension and lifts the mood. It has a stimulating effect which helps raise energy levels and alleviate tiredness and fatigue. St. John’s Wort is clinically shown to lift mood.
