For immediate support, take every 30 minutes for up to 3 hours. Do not exceed 6 doses per day. As a preventative, take 1 dose daily.

- Ive never used anything that works this well to stop getting the flu. As soon as Im unwell, I take it for a day or two and feel great. Cant believe how well it works. Didnt' have flu once last year!
